Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Interim notice. This policy describes our current practices. It was prepared without a licensed attorney and is not legal advice. We may update it when counsel reviews our sites.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Bridgit To The Future LLC, doing business as Bridgit DAO (“we,” “us”), for the websites and apps that link to this page (including Desirable Properties, Canopi, and Meta-Layer / Bridgit umbrella pages).

  • Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801
  • Contact: info@bridgit.io

Where a page names Meta-Layer Initiative as a steward: that organization is not yet formed as a U.S. 501(c)(3). Until it exists, Bridgit To The Future LLC operates these services. Charitable gifts, if any, are handled separately through Partners For Community Inc (Carson City, NV) and are not covered as a different “controller” under this policy unless we say so in writing.

A short OARS summary may appear on the site. It is plain language only. This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use control.

Our practice rule

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting or to build advertising profiles.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the services:

  • Account and contact information – such as name, email, username, and identifiers from sign-in providers (for example Google or other SSO tools we enable).
  • Content you submit – patches, inserts, comments, uploads, forms, and messages you send us.
  • Technical and usage data – IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages or features used, and security or error logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies – needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

We do not require government ID numbers, full bank account numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers to use these services. Please do not paste them into forms. If you do, we may delete them.

Children. These services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. (Youth products such as Pacha’s Pajamas, if offered, will use a separate notice.)

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services
  • Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse
  • Process and, where applicable, publish contributions under our Terms
  • Respond to you and to legal requests
  • Measure basic product performance (not for ads)

We do not use personal information for sale or advertising targeting.

Who we share with

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, authentication, email, and security tooling, under obligations to use the data only for our instructions
  • Advisors (for example accounting) under confidentiality, when needed
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • A successor if we reorganize or transfer assets, with continued protections

We do not share personal information with advertising networks.

Retention

We keep account and submission data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it, unless law requires a longer period. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or a copy of data you provided, by emailing info@bridgit.io. We may need to verify your request.

If California law applies to you: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still contact us to make a request under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including lodging a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the data we handle. No online service is completely secure.

Third-party sites and overlays

Our tools may link to or sit on top of third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may also provide an in-product or email notice when appropriate.
