What to expect
After initiative news, a progress overview, and a short DP focus, choose a workgroup breakout. Get direction, meet collaborators, learn how to contribute, and work on chapter questions or proposals. Final rooms depend on attendance, with the main room available for orientation.
You do not need a task chosen in advance. Bring your experience or one question. To offer a breakout, tell Daveed the workgroup and objective through the invitation or at the meeting.

Claim the open co-editor seat, or nominate the member who should hold it
Members · about 15 min · done when: Both seats filled
Find a source or example for one claim marked as needing evidence
Any member · about 45 min · done when: Link added to the proposal or chapter
Write the compromise wording where two proposals conflict
Any member · about 60 min · done when: One proposal replaces both; the others are declined with notes
Approve or decline every pending proposal with a note
Co-editors · about 60 min · done when: No proposal pending for more than 7 days
