We opened a landing pad for Fathom from public work, not a mission paraphrase.

Fathom publishes citable work we could quote (The Future of Work: A Framework for Action Under Uncertainty - Fathom). This briefing is a hypothesis built from those sources. Tell us if we misread the research, add papers we missed, and weigh in on Desirable Properties tied to that work.

Create a Gov Hub / Canopi stewardship container for Fathom and run the first overlay on a public page you already control. Vicariance (sandbox before scale) keeps this from becoming a population-wide experiment on day one.
